This is a perfect dress for a simple but elegant wedding. After months trying to find the perfect wedding dress for my destination wedding, I went to Amy Kuschel and fell in love with the Margherita, a lightweight chiffon silk dress with sweetheart neckline (with added fluttering convertible sleeves, which could easily be removed) and A-line silhouette.
The dress was custom made to my dimensions. I am petite, usually wear size 4, weighing 120 lbs and measuring 5'7" or 5'8" with wedding heels. The designer added 34A cups which can also be removed. I wore the dress just once on my wedding day, it has been professionally cleaned, shaped and is in a preservation box. The dress has a tear in the train which is barely noticeable when the dress is worn.
I absolutely love this dress, but I hope it can be enjoyed by another bride looking for a light, elegant, and meticulously-made dress. You will look and feel like a goddess!
